There is a battle!
Synopsis
The Autobots fly through the night sky, soaring toward a distant aerial battle, while Skyfall wonders what he's doing there. Optimus Prime sends Cliffjumper and Skyfall to reconnoiter the crater and secure the mysterious energy source, ignoring Cliffjumper's protests and his continued hostility toward Skyfall.
Jetfire makes contact, joining the fight on the side of the humans, but Ramjet bashes him aside. As Landquake notes Skyfall's presence, the Autobots face off against the ground-based Decepticons, including Devastator. The ground collapses under the titan, sending him falling. Cliffjumper and Skyfall tumble into a cavern alongside Landquake; Cliffjumper is eager to blast him, to Skyfall's alarm...

Notes
- This issue features almost every toy released in the Classics line, excluding Bumblebee (G1)/Marvel Comics continuity, Ultra Magnus (G1)/Marvel Comics continuity and Skywarp (G1)/Marvel Comics continuity. An F-22 jet near Starscream is coloured like Skywarp, but is kinda hard to make out. Bumblebee and Magnus (and the later Club exclusives) would show up in later Classics stories, notably Games of Deception.
