Gloria Jiménez‎ is a Hispanic-American resident of Colorado. She is married to Ernesto and has at least two children: a daughter, Lori and a son. After moving out of the big city, she's taken up gardening.

Gloria joined her husband and daughter while they were stargazing, bringing them some hot herbal green tea as they scrutinized the heavens for Betelgeuse. She noted a strange beacon being projected from a nearby forest, and diverted her family's attention to it. Lori went off to tell some friends about the light, and soon afterwards Gloria noticed several aircrafts heading for the beacon. She figured it was the airforce, out to investigate it. Speed

• Gloria was never named during the series in either language. It wasn't until many years after the Cybertron franchise's end that she was retroactively named in response to a question asked about her on the Ask Vector Prime Facebook page, during a period when it had been hijacked by Sideways.
