The Last Knight film

When Unicron's horns emerged out of the Earth, an unnamed ESA satellite detected a thermal anomaly near the horns which turned out to be none other than Megatron

Later on, when Sir Edmund Burton urges the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom to mobilize the British military, a TV screen in the Prime Minister's office shows images of Cybertron coming from the Hubble Space Telescope which are credited as coming from ESA which jointly operated the telescope with NASA.

While Cybertron came closer to the Earth, ESA's European Centre for Space Applications and Telecommunications and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory tracked the planet while two ESA scientists gave about briefing of the planet's approach and collision course. ESA states that the International Space Station would be Cybertron's first hit with the Earth following two hours later. The Last Knight

Notes

  • In real life, the Beagle 2 Rover was an ESA mission and not a NASA one.
