Darkstorm

Darkstorm is a Darkling Lord from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Sitting right between the legs, as you do.

Darkstorm was the previous leader of the Darkling Lords.

Fiction

IDW Generation 1 continuity family

One of the many inhabitants of Prysmos during its second Age of Magic, Darkstorm once led the Spectral Knights, serving Merklynn and competing against Leoric and his Spectral Knights.

When the three suns that Prysmos orbited moved back out of alignment, the gravitational forces tore Prysmos apart. Most of the Visionaries were able to escape in time, but Darkstorm was left behind and perished. He was succeeded by his former follower Virulina, and a statue commemorating him was erected in New Prysmos. Schismatic

Notes

• Darkstorm was, of course, the original leader of the Darkling lords in the 1980s Visionaries cartoon. The statue depicting his likeness is drawn to resemble his 1980s cartoon model, rather than the updated "techno-barbarian" aesthetic that characterizes the other redesigned Visionaries.
