Healthpack can be created at the Pig Lab in Hogs Head Mountain with Materials, though it's a bit of a roulette spin to actually earn it. You may get Coins, Materials, or Gems instead.

When activated, Healthpack incrementally restores a character's lost health over a short amount of time, including health lost during the Energonicon's activation. The effect lasts longer the more energon cubes it has stored up, but even then it's a pretty short time. Angry Birds Transformers

Notes

• Healthpack is a very useful all-purpose Energonicon for when you're just running through common stages, especially with non-"Energon-powered" characters. Otherwise, health will just be constantly chipped away, which means more time watching ads or waiting out Coin-based heals.
