Duncan is an alien from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Duncan (ダンカン Dankan) apparently led the Space Pirates.

Duncan worked with the Zamojin to gather proton energy so that they could create the Legends World with it. He used a pyramid on the Pirate Planet to house a portal to the alternate universe, although the pyramid would itself be later rumored to have held the proton energy. Bonus Edition Bol. 61
