The name or term "Bill" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Bill (disambiguation).
Remember, a Cobra is a snake and snake is sneak spelled sideways!

Bill Ratner (born February 25, 1947) is an American voice actor and announcer. Throughout a prolific career, he perhaps is best known known as the voice of Flint in G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero. He'd reprise the role infrequently over the years for appearances on Family Guy, Robot Chicken, Community and, uh, The Transformers.

In video games, he can be recognized as the Republican Space Ranger Announcer in the Grand Theft Auto series and Donnel Udina in the Mass Effect series. Ratner is popularly cast as an announcer or narrator, performing that duty in series such as I (Almost) Got Away with It, Behind Mansion Walls and the original Ben 10.
