Scoutmouse (スカウトマウス Sukautomausu) is one of the many Beastformers who joined the insurgent army under Alligatron raised by Galvatron in order to aid his Decepticons in conquering the formerly-peaceful planet Beast. His role in the Decepticon-allied Beastformer forces is special scout soldier. Scoutmouse holds the rank of Emperor of Gamborudia, under King Stronghippo, and was born in Gamborudia Prairie.

Scoutmouse is an anthropomorphic mouse. He comes with his "Scou Sabel" (スカウサーベル). He has one of three Rubsigns on his chest, revealing the elemental power of fire, water, or wood.
