Transformers: All Spark (トランスフォーマー オールスパーク) is a new manga take on the Generation 1 cartoon, drawn and written by Naoto Tsushima, serializing in the pages of Kerokero Ace with the first chapter debuting in the November 2012 issue and ending in the September 2013 issue, which was also the final issue of Kerokero Ace.

All Spark was not released in a collected volume until 2017, when Tsushima announced that publisher Hero-X would be releasing it in ebook form through DMM.com.[1]

Overview

At first glance, Transformers: All Spark matches up with the advertisement of being a new retelling of the Generation 1 cartoon, such as the Autobots meeting Spike after rescuing him from the Decepticons at an energy plant. However, it is also promoting the Japanese Generations toyline, hence the War for Cybertron and Fall of Cybertron body designs for scenes occurring on Cybertron in the past despite the toys' bios having details representing more of the Aligned continuity family.
