Bugly (G1)

Bugly is a Decepticon Pretender, and a master of the obscure martial art of "Circuit-Su", which lets him throw lightning bolts. A strategist by function, Bugly wields two photon cannons in robot mode and transforms into a turbo-boosted hover jet. His Pretender shell, which resembles a humanoid insect, has an antenna on its head that delivers powerful electric shocks. Intense, mystical and very cruel in manner, Bugly is a deadly warrior whose vehicle mode has pinpoint maneuverability in the air.
