Yumi Tōma is a singer and voice actor (seiyū) in Japan. She was born on December 20, 1966 in Chiba Prefecture. Her blood type is A.
Tōma is probably best known for the voice of Urd, Norn of the past in Oh my Goddess!. As of October 13, 2006, Tōma was listed by Wikipedia and Anime News Network as the second most prolific female seiyū, with 179 roles credited to her name. So it wouldn't be surprising to find some Transformers roles in the mix....
