Shock is a Decepticon Builder from the Beast Wars: Uprising portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Shock is a Micromaster and former Decepticon tasked with guarding the interiors of Fortress Maximus. He's yellow and has cannons for arms.

Fiction

When a Resistance team of Maximals and Predacons made it inside Fortress Maximus, Bomb, Shock, and Crack were the first to greet them. They didn't last long, Shock himself dying from Survive's gunfire. Head Games

Land Military Microns X-Dimension (Basic, 2003)

A limited-edition (but still normal retail) redeco of the Land Military Mini-Con Team was released as part of the X-Dimensions Microns. This version of Shot/Wreckage is primarily yellow.

This toy also doubles as the separate character Shot.

Akin to his comrades, Shock was presumably meant to take his name from the Japanese version of Armada Wreckage, but in actuality, it's "Shot".
