Judy Witwicky is a human in the Transformers 2007 film continuity family.

And this face is why they never mention Mrs. Witwicky in any other continuity.

Judy Witwicky is likely Sam Witwicky's mom and Ronald Witwicky's wife.

She looks kinda frightening.

Judy Witwicky is presumably one of two people who, if they were to go outside their home and see Optimus Prime standing there, would freak out. That could be due to her crushed fountain (it was asking for it), or her temper (she grounds people for being three minutes late). Who knows.
