Excellion was near the entrance of a bar with Road Rage and Glyph nearby when he saw Cheetor chasing down Crumplezone and Ransack. Moving Violations

Notes

• Excellion shares his body-type with, appropriately enough, Hot Shot. His design was slightly retooled from Hot Shot's design by Greg Sepelak.
• In his fictional appearance, Excellion appears to be part of the Cybertronian Elite Guard, judging by the detailing on his shoulder, but his character model only has a normal Autobot symbol.
