Vilmos Papucsek

Vilmos Papucsek (March 3, 1956 -) is a Hungarian actor and voice actor. He voiced Bifur in the Hobbit movie trilogy, Chief Quimby in the 2nd dub of 2015's Inspector Gadget, Hiashi Hyūga in the 2nd dub of the anime Naruto and Shau in Dragon Ball GT and Dragon Ball Super, though most of his resume consists of minor dubbing roles, as background voices or extras.
