The Grendene Transformers watch is a Transformer from the 2007 movie franchise in the live-action film continuity family.

A happy-go-lucky robot, the Grendene Transformers watch enjoys being worn by kids while they jump around industrial yards, even if it means not warning them when they should actually be at school.[1]

Surprise, Autobot made it to the movieverse before Soundwave!
  • Grendene Transformers sandals (2008)
Only available as a gift after purchasing the Grendene Transformers sandals, this unnamed red wristwatch is a retool of the Real Gear Robots Meantime and Midnighter XR-4 mold, officially licensed by Hasbro for distribution by Brazilian shoe manufacturer Grendene, more specifically its subsidiary Grendene Kids. The watch keeps the basic structure of the original mold but radically changes some major details, the biggest difference being that this time it is actually a working digital watch. Its default screen displays only the current hour and minute, but it also features the month and day, a stopwatch function and an alarm clock function. The display face has a big, half covered Autobot logo at its top and "Transformers" proudly written at the bottom. Due to the changes made to its internal mechanisms, the display face cannot be rotated, making it a little uncomfortable to actually look at the time while wearing it in watch mode (assuming you can fit it in your wrists, anyway). Another noticeable change is the lack of elbows and smaller hands. Also missing is the little watch present in the original mold's left arm. The robot's head, despite being similar to the original version, is much more simplified and lack any recognizable face, featuring only what appears to be a visor and a mouthplate. Lesser changes include a new crotch and slightly different leg details.
Ironically, if considered as part of the Real Gear Robots, it's the only Brazilian exclusive and the only figure of the line made available in the country.
