Imre Szélyes

Imre Szélyes (February 13, 1944 -) is a Hungarian actor, voice actor and theater director with a stage performer career reaching back to the '60s. As for voice work, his dubbing credits include Thoros of Game of Thrones, Lester Freamon of The Wire, Sio Bibble and Cliegg Lars of the Star Wars prequels, old Spock of director J.J. Abrams' Star Trek films and Benjamin Lockwood of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
His lengthy association with the Transformers brand began with the Hungarian dub of the second live-action movie, where he took over the role of Optimus Prime from Tibor Kristóf due to the latter actor's failing health.
