Synopsis

[edit]

There's something strange in the Autobots' neighborhood. A weakened barrier between the physical and spirit worlds has allowed Starscream's ghost to re-emerge. The spectral backstabber organizes a creepy coterie of Decepticon villains to track down the Autobot Headmasters!

Led by Brainstorm, the Autobots use all technology at their disposal to track Starscream's appearances. By monitoring for electro-magnetic spikes, they're able to head off Starscream and his crew when the spirit portal opens and prevent him from taking physical form. The portal collapses, Starscream's ghost fades from existence, and the Autobot Headmasters chase the other Decepticons into the night.

Notes

[edit]
  • This episode began late, for which Mobage apologized profusely.
  • This episode also introduced a "Transformation Cog" gimmick, by which players could instantly buy either the robot or alternate mode of the rare raid card, depending on the day.
    • In turn, it introduced a decreasing quality system, where on days 1 and 2, the top-tier raid card was available at x10 power, then on days 3-4 was only available at x9 power, and for the last two days at x8 power. Damnit, Mobage.
  • The Decepticon roster is clearly influenced by the classic Halloween monsters - Starscream the ghost, Ratbat the vampire bat, Fangry the... werewolf, we guess, and Weirdwolf the wolf/werewolf/hellhound.
