Luis Carreño Mendoza (born August 20, 1975) is a Venezuelan-American voice actor and broadcaster. His most famous roles are Spongebob Sqaurepants, Dog from CatDog (opposite Luis Miguel Perez), and The Atom and The Question in Justice League. In anime, he has dubbed Xellos in Slayers, Akabane Kurodo in Getbackers, and Starscream in the Unicron Trilogy.
