Humanoid Rumble

In the new comic Sector 7 Adventures: The Battle at Half Dome, there is one of Soundwave's deployers who is called Rumble and is blue and creepy. Can him and this "rhino-Rumble" be considered the same character? RoboWarriorPrime (talk), 24 March 2019
