The Milky Way is the name the fleshlings have given to the galaxy Earth occupies. It contains numerous stars and star systems, including their own.
God only knows if Cybertron is in there or not.

Cybertron was somewhere in the Milky Way galaxy. Some time after the 25th century AC, the Cybertronian race had a war with the Ammonites which led the Convoy Council to forbid any Cybertronian from leaving the Milky Way to avoid attracting things "beyond mortal ken".
