Phil LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American comedian and actor. He is best known as one of the original cast members of MADtv, the voices of Hermes Conrad from Futurama, Static from Static Shock, Green Lantern John Stewart from Justice League Unlimited, the title character from Samurai Jack and for his role in Pulp Fiction as an unfortunate young man whose head John Travolta accidentally blows off.
