Phillip LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, and writer. On screen, he is best known as one of the original cast members of MADtv, the unfortunate young man known as Marvin whose head John Travolta accidentally blows off in Pulp Fiction, Gustavo Rocque's rival, Hawk, in Big Time Rush, and Malefic J'onzz, brother of J'onn J'onzz/Martian Manhunter, in the TV series Supergirl.

As a voice actor, LaMarr has played Hermes Conrad on Futurama, Baxter Stockman on the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, Green Lantern John Stewart on Justice League, Aquaman on Young Justice, Kotal Kahn and Geras from the Mortal Kombat series, the title characters of Samurai Jack and Static Shock, Wilt and Jackie Khones on Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Scrap-Iron and Doc on G.I. Joe: Renegades, Vamp in Metal Gear Solid as well as Kevin Washington in Metal Gear Rising Revengance, Joe Robertson and Randy Robertson on The Spectacular Spider-Man and, uh, Ollie Williams, the BlaccuWeather Forecaster on Family Guy.

He and Matthew Yang King are the creators of the crowdfunded animated series, Goblins.
