Ionizer can be created at the Professor Pig's Pig Lab in Hogs Head Mountain with Materials, though it's a bit of a roulette spin to actually earn it. You may get Coins, Materials, or Gems instead.

In battle, it is similar to Lazerblast, but it fires 3 blasts at once. Duration depends on the amount of Energon stored up.
