Ionizer can be created at the Professor Pig's Pig Lab in Hogs Head Mountain with Materials, though it's a bit of a roulette spin to actually earn it. You may get Coins, Materials, or Gems instead.

In battle, it is similar to Lazerblast, but it fires three blasts at once. Duration depends on the amount of Energon stored up.
