Bubblebot can be made at the Pig Lab in Hog Head Mountain with one of the above recipes, but it's roulette spin to actually get it, and there are plenty other prizes otherwise.
When activated, it shoots small bubbles like Arcee's weapon, but smaller, and with a randomized spread. The more energon cubes stored up upon activation, the longer it stays active.
