Stonecutter can be created at the Pig Lab in Hog Head Mountain with the above recipe, though it's a bit of a roulette spin to actually earn it. You may get Coins, Materials, or Gems instead.

When activated, Stonecutter fires energy shards like Lockdown's. It mainly targets stone, but it can do damage to anything.
