Healthpack can be created at the Pig Lab in Hogs Head Mountain with Materials, though it's a bit of a roulette spin to actually earn it. You may get Coins, Materials, or Gems instead.
When activated, Healthpack incrementally restores a character's lost health over a short amount of time, including health lost during the Energonicon's activation. The effect lasts longer the more energon cubes it has stored up, but even then it's a pretty short time. Still, even a single-cube charge can restores roughly a heart and a half, while a full three-cube charge can bring someone back from the brink to full health. Angry Birds Transformers
Notes
- Healthpack is a very useful all-purpose Energonicon for when you're just running through common stages, especially with non-"Energon-powered" characters. Otherwise, health will just be constantly chipped away, which means more time watching ads or waiting out Coin-based heals.
- Healthpack is the only 3-star Energonicon that doesn't require Super Rareium to make. So maybe do this first. Also, definitely don't use two Super Rareium on this one if you don't have to.
- At some point, Healthpack appears to have gotten a buff that exponentially increases its healing powers.
