Laserblast can be created at the Pig Lab in Hog Head Mountain with Materials, though it's a bit of a roulette spin to actually earn it. You may get Coins, Materials, or Gems instead.

When activated, Laserblast mimics the weapon of Optimus Prime, firing single blasts of laser energy. The more energon cubes it has stored up, the longer it keeps firing. Angry Birds Transformers
