The announcer ensures that sports fans across Cybertron are kept informed regarding the events at matches of their favorite sporting competition: Cube. His vocabulary can sometimes be a little basic, however, especially when it comes to punctuation.

• The announcer's speech pattern makes it clear it's using the Cybertronian equivalent of optical character recognition, as it actually states out "question mark" and "exclamation point".
• The credits list the drone as simply Announcer.
