Thunderbolt can be created at the Pig Lab in Hogs Head Mountain with one of the above recipes, though it's a bit of a roulette spin to actually earn it. You may get Coins, Materials, or Gems instead.

When activated, Thunderbolt mimics Energon Grimlock's weapon, firing beams of lightning at enemies.

It's stronger and keeps on one target longer than Lightningslam, but, while duration can be increased by having more Energon on you upon activation, it stay active much less.Angry Birds Transformers
