Katsuyuki Konishi (小西 克幸 Konishi Katsuyuki born April 21, 1973) is a Japanese voice actor. In terms of anime and tokusatsu productions, he has played Haji in Blood +, Volfogg in GaoGaiGar, Kamina in Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Captain Ginyu in Dragon Ball Kai, Tsumugu Kinasage in Kill la Kill, Tatsumi Oga in Beelzebub, America & Canada in Hetalia, the current voice of Kenshiro in the Fist of the North Star series, Diavolo in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, and GoseiKnight in Tensou Sentai Goseiger.

In the world of dubbing, Konishi played Rex Racer/Racer X (Scott Porter) in the live-action Speed Racer film, Sean Boswell (Lucas Black) in Fast & the Furious: Tokyo Drift, and Cat in CatDog.
