Voice actor: Mike Rose (English)

Lockdown stood in line as Megatron made a broadcast about Starscream and later talked with Clobber about it soon after. During attempts to bring the warlord the head of Optimus Prime, Shockwave gave him a device with instructions to sabotage Soundwave's ship, shortly before lamenting his situation with Clobber (both of whom had prior been ordered by Shadow Striker to prepare a shuttle in her own vendetta). They soon encountered the Autobot Hot Rod after he came through a portal, capturing him and taking him to Megatron, who was more than ready to use him as a bargaining chip. Unfortunately, the prisoner escaped, and orders to pursue him were soon dished out. The 2 ended up slowing down Shadow Striker and helping Hot Rod by giving him an escape door, but Megatron had already reset his target. Bring Me The Spark Of Optimus Prime

Notes

  • Lockdown's design appears to draw from his movieverse counterpart's Revenge of the Fallen toy, but with less of a frakenstiened appearance and a more spiky exterior. Plus his head resembles Bumblebee and his hook actually has a chain.
  • Unlike past versions, who are usually snarky, ruthless and sadistic, this Lockdown is more well-mannered, loyal and cowardly.
  • This Lockdown is also officially a Decepticon, unlike past versions who were mercenaries who only worked with the Decepticons if paid by them.
