William Morgan Sheppard (sometimes credited as W. Morgan Sheppard) is a British film and stage actor. He has appeared on two of the Star Trek television spin-offs and one of its movies, and outside of Star Trek he is perhaps best known for his roles as Blank Reg on Max Headroom and Confederate General Isaac Trimble in the films Gettysburg and Gods and Generals.

An occassional voice actor, Sheppard played a significant character in the series Gargoyles (which also starred Keith David).
