There is a Nemesis prime from Dreamwaves The War Within series. Should we have an article on this guy?--Autobotx1010 20:27, 8 September 2007 (UTC)

There is no Nemesis Prime in the Dreamwave comics. There was a 3" Titanium War Within Nemesis Prime (repaint of TWW Prime) displayed at Comic-Con last year, but it was never released. It should be mentioned as an unreleased toy of Nemesis Prime (G1), but should not get its own page. --ItsWalky 20:33, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
But the two are different characters! Should we just put a small "we have no clue who or what this guy is nor why he`s here" notice on the disambiguation page?--Autobotx1010 19:33, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
Define "different characters." They're both black repaints of Optimus Prime who live in the Generation 1 continuity family named Nemesis Prime, and one of them wasn't even produced, keeping us from knowing anything specific about him, storywise, beyond that. The unreleased G1 Titanium should be a footnote on the Nemesis Prime (G1) page. Even beyond that, having conflicting versions of the same guy isn't really reason to split up the page. --ItsWalky 19:48, 27 September 2007 (UTC)

Holy crap we're getting to many of these guys!--Autobotx1010 21:54, 1 March 2008 (UTC)

Is G1 Nemesis Prime major now?

Seeing as how G1 Nemesis Prime has gotten several new toys in mainstream toylines recently, is it worth adding him to the Major Nemesis Primes section? Omegatron (talk) 05:49, 30 September 2019 (EDT)

No, "Major" iterations are determined by appearances in fiction, not number of toys. Armada, Prime and TLK Nemesis all appeared in cartoons and movies, hence why they're denoted as such. -- Cyberlink420 (talk) 08:05, 30 September 2019 (EDT)
Why do only appearances in media matter? I was thinking, from the point of view of a new fan who has just bought POTP or Siege Nemesis Prime, having him in the Major section would be helpful. Omegatron (talk) 09:25, 30 September 2019 (EDT)
