Part of the first wave of Earthrise Battle Masters, Soundbarrier transforms from robot mode to a shield that can be held by any C.O.M.B.A.T. System-compatible figure. His alt mode also features a A.I.R Lock, allowing him to connect with any compatible pieces.

He can also connect with himself to create ramps.
