Judge Deliberata was leading a guard detail that were escorting Ultra Magnus, Kup and Spike Witwicky to their judgement when the Autobots and Human managed to escape and take him prisoner. The Quintessons, however, merely sentenced him to death. Judge Deliberata applauded his fellow Quintessons' judgement. Five Faces of Darkness, Part 2 He would be their prisoner until he managed to escape on planet Goo, and was later seen among the Quintessons who allied with Galvatron. His death sentence must have been reversed on appeal. Five Faces of Darkness, Part 4
