Released as part of the reinvented Ultra Class lineup, Cyberverse Clobber is a Voyager-sized mold that transforms from robot into a Cybertronian hover tank. Like other Ultra Class toys, Clobber features a flip-out armor gimmick and is armed with her vehicle mode cannon. She is more articulated than most of her brethren, featuring joints in her knees, hips, elbows, wrists, and shoulders.

Notes

  • Clobber is obviously designed to be a new version of Lugnut, the fanatically loyal Decepticon from Transformers Animated; however, she was given a new name after Hasbro objected to making a character bearing the "Lugnut" name female for... some reason, as revealed at SDCC 2019.[1] Evidently, this change came rather late; she's still called Lugnut in some of the dubs for non-English speaking markets. In addition, the backside of her toy packaging uses the masculine inflection of "Bruiser" for her function in French, Spanish, and Portuguese, and her official description on Hasbro's website uses male pronouns to describe the toy.

Foreign names

  • Japanese: Clobber (クローバー Kurōbā)
  • French: Lugnut
