Repugnus and his tribe captured Bumblebee as he journeyed towards the Well of the Allspark. Once Cheetor told them their mission, the Monsterbot led the two Autobots to the entrance. Once Cybertron was restored, Repugnus rejoiced at the planet's revival. Battle For Cybertron IV
Unfortunately, a snobbish Monsterbot named Affluous took the chance to have Teknicus build a device segregating those loyal to him and those he considers unworthy. This caused the uprising of the Energon Masters, who had the leisure of almost all the Energon underground while Repugnus and those banished were forced to either die of starvation or be captured. Things were put right by Bumblebee and Grimlock, and unity spread once more through the Monsterbots. Journey To The Valley Of Repugnus

- Released under the Bumblebee Cyberverse Adventures assortment of One-Step Changers, Cyberverse Repugnus is an entirely new mold, transforming from bug-monster to robot by flipping his monster legs forward. He features a "Gruesome Chomp" action attack, activated by pushing his bug head. Repugnus is surprisingly articulated for his size class, featuring ball-jointed shoulders and elbows. Elbows, fellas!
Notes
- Repugnus' design is heavily inspired by his Generation 1 counterpart's special edition Titans Return toy. Ironically, his coloration significantly differs to his own toy.
