Circa 2010, when live footage leaked of Cybertronians battling at the North Korea-China border, the Russian Prime Minister announced in response that his country was launching a nuke at the killer machines, per the precedent established by U.S. President Browne of classifying Cybertronians as WMDs. Notes

• If you find it odd that the Prime Minister is credited with the major government decision to launch a nuke when in real life the President is commander-in-chief of the Russian military, consider that at the time of writing, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and President Dmitri Medvedev were engaging in "tandemocracy". The Prime Minister in Transformers does not particularly resemble Putin, though.
