Scrapface is a Decepticon from the War for Cybertron portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Scrapface is a "blue and red Refraktor clone" who is itching to fight the Autobots on the frontlines.[1]

He was presumably at the back of the line on naming day.

War for Cybertron Trilogy

Promoting the Netflix-original War for Cybertron Trilogy cartoon, Scrapface is a blue-and-red redeco of Siege Refraktor, transforming into a Cybertronian "artillery hovercraft"[2]. Scrapface is slathered in an extensive paint wash coating to represent accumulated grime and battle scars.
As with any version of this mold, Scrapface can also transform into one third of a camera, allowing buyers to combine three units into Reflector's classic camera mode.
