The α Matrix (αマトリクス Arufa Matorikusu), also known as the Blue Matrix (ブルーマトリクス Burū Matorikusu), is the Matrix carried by the leader of the Blue Order of the Primus Vanguard. It contains "blue Star Power".

Blue used the energies of the α Matrix to fend off Specters and to create a beacon for the rest of the Blue Order in the battle's aftermath. Cybertron Blue Big Convoy prequel comic When Optimus Prime battled Ultra Megatron on the Blue Planet, Blue appeared to support Star Convoy and gave him the α Matrix to heal his wounds. However, Blue quickly took his Matrix back so that he could use it to directly strike Megatron's Silver Matrix. However, the clash ended up empowering Megatron, transforming him into Ultra Megatron Omega. Super Megatron comic 3 Megatron took the Blue Matrix for himself, and the Blue Order was destroyed from within by Straxus's virus. God Neptune comic 1
