You absolutely need to include copyright information on all the images you upload. See any other image on the wiki as a reference, if you need to. --Suki Brits 07:30, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
- Yea. Alright. Figured I'd have to eventually. Was wondering how do do it without cluttering the recent changes list more than I already do. I was uploading images using http://transformers.wikia.com/skins/common/images/button_upload.gif like some crazy fool. Now I'll use wiki/Special:Upload instead. I'll make a point to go back and add copyright to the image I already uploaded.--Zodberg 08:31, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
Armada recaps
Hey dude, thanks for doing the Armada episode recaps - my favourite guilty pleasure, that series. I rearranged the page based upon our current episode recap standards, so you might want to check it out to see what you should do next time - its abit more work at first, but everything ends up looking nicer :D --FFN 20:24, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks. Although I really don't think the standard format is perfect. As it is, I pretty much just use the same format I do for comic issues. BUT the character grids are cool and I'll try to make a point to use them, but I'm just not a fan of the template for last and next episodes, and I really don't like the empty sections that'll never be filled (like Real-world references, in Portent's case), because they make the wiki look incomplete-er and they make the contents box longer. And I like using "Aberrations, Errors, Contrarieties" because I an a doof with a Thesaurus.
- Also, because I can't think of anywhere better to mention it: I'm frequently tempted to just turn the Quotes section into a complete log of everything Billy and Fred say.--Zodberg 20:52, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
- If you have nothing to say for references, just hide them (I forgot in Portent's case for Real World stuff, but I remembered for 'transformers references'). Hit edit on the page to see what you need to do to hide sections that haven't been filled out (because you have nothing to say). --FFN 07:02, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
- A reminder - you should watch how pictures affect the formatting of the articles you do, and of course, bear in mind people use various resolutions to view this site, so sometimes pictures (especially tall ones) will cut into different sections at lower resolutions. If in doubt, use a formatting spacer at the end to ensure the picture stays within the boundaries of the section its in.
- Also, quotes need to be put into context, so there should be a little description to who and why they are saying. I haven't watched most of the Armada episodes in a while and I had no idea what half the quotes you, erm, quoted were referring to :(
- Thanks for your hard work, though :) --FFN 16:48, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
