Skyklik is an apparent Autobot first seen in the Generation 1 continuity family.

The amnesiac Skyklik can't remember who he was before the Autobots found him, but now he is a dedicated pilot for the Autobot cause.

In truth, the would-be Renegade leader Zero sent him as an infiltrator for his plans.

• Skyklik is based on the Diaclone "Helicopter Type" Triple Changer, which did not see release in the Transformers franchise. Rotorbolt is based on the same toy, as is Fumes in gray deco. Whether the amnesiac Skyklik actually IS a version of one of these characters or is his own individual was left deliberately ambiguous by the author.
• His name was decided in a contest Andrew Hall had with Japanese fans. "Skyklik" won out over "Popcopter" and "Cloudwise".
