Specifics: fiction

Quickstrike kinda creeps the other Maximals out. There's no question that he's devoted to the cause, using his smarts and stealth skills to maximum effect against the Vehicons... but he almost always works alone in the shadows. The only other Maximal he's willing to work with on a mission is Blackarachnia, and frankly, they don't even like each other.

Despite his "silent hunter" schtick, Quickstrike loves music.

Paul! You is a wurr-wilf!
Part of the second wave of Beast Machines Basics, Quickstrike transforms into a technorganic wolf. His beast mode head features an opening jaw. In robot mode, his left arm hides a spring-out clear-plastic blade.

  • Obsidian / Quickstrike (2-pack, 2000)
Quickstrike was also available in a two-pack with the Vehicon Obsidian. Both toys are actually on their original individual cards, but packed within a thick cardboard backing with "Beast Machines 2 Pack" printed on it. Among other outlets, these were sold at the now-defunct toy chain ToyCo, which was largely in the Mills family of malls in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Notes

  • Quickstrike had the pre-release name of Wolfgang.[1]
