Dark of the Moon (comics)

There are multiple comics associated with Dark of the Moon by IDW Publishing and Titan:
- Transformers: Sector 7 — the first mini-series, tells the history of Sector Seven. Fixing all the plot holes involving the organization created the first live-action movie's prequel material, and leading-up to the Ghosts of Yesterday novel.
- Transformers: Foundation — the second mini-series, takes place during Defiance, tells the history of Optimus Prime on cybertron, fixing all the discrepancies created by Defiance and leads up to the original movie's prequel comic mini-series.
- Transformers: Rising Storm — the third mini-series, is set after Nefarious, and leads directly to Dark of the Moon itself in the same vein as Alliance.
- Cyberglyphics pack-in comics — a series of six small comics produced for inclusion with a small Target-exclusive range of toys that are set before Rising Storm.
- Transformers: Dark of the Moon — a four-part comic adaptation of the film released weekly before the movie's theatrical release. In which the individual version comes with a prose story.
- Transformers: Dark of the Moon — Titan's monthly title in the UK (another rebrand of their existing comic).
