In 1989 two members of the X-Men, Phoenix and Cyclops, attended Colin and Steve's Christmas party in the Combat Shed. Cyclops sliced some fruit cake in half using an optical blast while Phoenix teased him about showing off his "party tricks." Christmas with Combat Colin

When the X-Men needed a dirty job done silently, they would delegate the mission to Wolverine's X-Force.[1]
