Running change

A running change is an alteration made to a toy in the middle of its production run such that two distinct (in some way, often quite minor) toys result, which are considered the 'same toy' byt he manufacturer, carrying the same wave identifier and (usually) the same internal product code.

Examples

• Ramulus (BW) (1998) — Vac-metalized paint changed from lime green to dull red.
• The Dinobots toyline (2003) had the character Swoop changed to Terranotron after initial shipments. (This was a packaging change only.)
