Vinyl Scratch is a unicorn from the land of Equestria. A DJ known far and wide by her stage name of DJ Pon-3, she performs for sold out crowds alongside her best friend and fellow musician, Octavia.

My Little Pony/Transformers

Vinyl and Octavia were playing a show in Las Pegasus, only for it to be interrupted by the sudden arrival of the Decepticon Seekers on the hunt for magical artifacts. Believing the musicians' stage to be one of these artifacts, Thundercracker and Slipstream carried it with them through the spacebridge back to Cybertron, with Vinyl and Octavia still on it.
