Terry Klassen
Terry Klassen (born March 31, 1957) is a Canadian voice actor, voice director, and script writer. Some of his voice acting credits include Cutman from the 90's Mega Man cartoon, Impossible Man from Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes, Kotatsu Hachi the Hellpainter from Inuyasha, Eddy's Brother from Ed, Edd n Eddy's Big Picture Show, Baby Sylvester from Baby Looney Tunes, Tony Parsons from The Cramp Twins, Dr. Von Reichter from Cybersix, Rikochet's Grandfather from Mucha Lucha and Krillin, Guldo and Babidi from the Ocean dub of Dragon Ball Z.
As a voice director, he's worked on Ed, Edd n Eddy, the 2007 George of the Jungle series, Pucca, G.I. Joe: Spy Troops and Valor vs Venom, Krypto the Superdog, Yvon on the Yukon (which he co-created with Ian Corlett), Being Ian, My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, and countless other cartoons recorded in Canada. He also adapted some of the scripts for various Canadian anime dubs, including Bakugan, Beyblade, and Dragon Ball Z.
